Terms
Terms of Service
The agreement for using this website and for Premium bought on it. Last updated 20 October 2026.
The short version
Listening is free and needs no account. Premium is optional, starts as soon as you pay, renews until you cancel, and you can cancel in two clicks from your account at any time; you keep it until the end of what you paid for. If you change your mind within 14 days, write to us and we refund you, less the days you used.
Who we are
OnlineRadio and onlineliveradio.com are operated by Corneon AI, Sweden. You can reach us at privacy@onlineliveradio.com. Questions about removing a station are covered on the rights page.
The service
OnlineRadio is a directory and player for radio stations and podcasts published by others. We do not produce or control what they broadcast, and a station can change, go silent or disappear at any time. We relay streams so they play reliably and privately, but we cannot promise any particular station will be available, and we may remove stations, for example at a rights holder’s request.
Your account
An account is optional. It carries your favourites and, if you buy it, your Premium between devices. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. You can delete the account at any time from your account page, which also cancels a subscription bought here.
What Premium includes
On this website Premium adds the custom equaliser, unlimited favourites (instead of 10), more podcast episodes kept offline and a longer listening history, as listed on the Premium page. It does not include the stations themselves, which are free for everyone. We may improve or change Premium features; if we take away something central to what you paid for, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the current period.
Who sells Premium
Premium bought on this website is sold through Link, the payment service of Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). Link takes the payment, charges any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you live, sends your receipts, and handles payment support and refunds; its own terms apply to the payment, and your card statement shows LINK.COM*. We provide Premium itself and remain responsible for it. Subscriptions started before 20 October 2026 were sold by us directly through Stripe and stay that way.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay and include any VAT or sales tax due. We never see your card. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price you were shown, until you cancel. If that price is going to change, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then. Lifetime is one payment, with no renewal, for as long as we operate the service.
Premium bought in the Android app is sold through Google Play, billed and refunded by Google under Google’s terms, and is not covered by the payment sections of this page.
Failed payments
If a renewal is declined, Stripe tries again over the following days and the site asks you to update your card. You keep Premium for the period already paid for. If no payment succeeds, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan; nothing in your library is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time with Manage subscription on the Premium page or your account page, or in your orders at link.com. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Apart from the right of withdrawal below, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason.
Premium starts the moment you pay, because you ask us to start it then: that is the box you tick before checkout. Because it has already started, if you withdraw from a Monthly or Yearly plan within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the days you had Premium. If you withdraw from Lifetime within 14 days, we refund it in full.
To withdraw, email privacy@onlineliveradio.com from the address on your account, or contact Link support, saying that you withdraw from the purchase (a clear statement is enough; no form is needed). The refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days, and Premium ends.
Fair use
Do not use the site to break the law, to overload or attack it, to scrape it in bulk, or to resell or redistribute the streams. We may suspend an account that does; if it has a paid subscription and the suspension was not your fault, we refund the unused part.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it running, but we are not liable for losses caused by stations being unavailable or by events outside our control. If we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters to a paying subscriber, we say so before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel instead. The date at the top always shows the current version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there. Please contact us first; most problems are solved by one email. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
